OVERVIEW
TASMOTO is a Formula 1 in Schools™ Team from The Ardee School in Gurugram, India.
The team consists of 3 perfectionists who never settle for less. They secured 2nd Position in India’s Largest Regional Final (North India Regional Finals 2) out of over 1000 participants; they also won the R&D and Digital Media Awards.

TASMOTO was the only team to win 3 Awards in the Largest Regional Final of India and their work was considered of being at par with World Finalist Teams. They used the best marketing strategies, offered the greatest return on investment and secured sponsorships with Multinational Corporations like Ferrari and Mercedes-Benz.
Meet The Team
Inika Mishra
Team Manager and Marketing Head
Inika is a high school student.
She handles the team's social media, comes up with creative marketing strategies and manages the team.
Through successful meetings, she raised monetary sponsorship deals with MNCs like Ferrari and Mercedes-Benz for the team.
She also helps the design engineer in effective modifications of the car with innovative ideas and their implementation.

Ruhan dhawan
Design & Manufacturing engineer
Ruhan is 12 years old.
Being a young car enthusiast, he hopes to become an Automotive Engineer in the future. He is an asset to the team when it comes to knowledge about different Automobiles.
Ruhan is considered the 'Autodesk Fusion 360' (CAD Software) expert because he possesses all the skills required to design the perfect F1 Car. He has worked closely with the Team Manager, Inika, to learn about Total Quality Management which he implements in the manufacturing process of the car.
JUSHYA kAPOOR
Graphic designer & Resource manager
Jushya is 11 years old.
He employs his incredible communication and negotiation skills to arrange resources of the best quality for the team. He collaborated with the Team Manager, Inika, to learn about various graphic designing softwares.
Jushya holds the responsibility of editing all graphics for the team. Being exceptionally good at mathematics in school, he even looks over the team's finances along with the Team Manager.

Formula 1 in Schools
Formula1 in Schools™ is the largest global multi-disciplinary STEM (Science,Technology, Engineering & Mathematics) challenge in which teams of students aged 9 to 19 deploy CAD/CAM software to collaborate, design, analyse, manufacture, test, and then race miniature F1 cars.
​
The teams compete Regionally, Nationally and Internationally.
Teams must raise sponsorship and manage budgets to fund manufacturing, research, outfits, testing, travel, accommodation etc.
​
The challenge inspires students to learn about physics, aerodynamics, manufacturing, sponsorship, marketing, leadership/teamwork, media skills
and financial strategy, and apply them in a practical, imaginative,
competitive and exciting way.
